Are public places really Public or Private

Ok so do you beleive or think a public space is really public. Well i beleive it is not  anymore. If a public space is public there should be no surveillance cameras or security standing around.
If there are those objects it looks like a private location not pubic. I know people need to be safe so the government provide the security necessary but it should be considered a private location even if it is exposed to the public. Yes! There are signs saying "This place is being watched,recorded,supervised, etc." but that is no ecxcuse.

 
Only private location would need to prosecute peolpe in public areas or be under surveillance. So in certain location like public parks,streets and neighborhoods it is PRIVATE.
Well at least in my opinion. The public spaces we use to know and love are now being watched and secured by official. Sooner or later the whole U.S.A is goin to be on lockdown.
